At SnapGrip™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

  • All SnapGrip™ products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, or cosmetic damage).

  • Issues caused by improper handling or failure to follow product instructions.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team at snapgrip@outlook.com with:

  1. Order number.

  2. Proof of purchase.

  3. Photos/videos of the defect.

Our team will review your claim and provide the best possible solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
